- Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person support.
- Communicate technical information clearly, document interactions, and maintain records using ITSM tools.
- Prioritize and escalate complex issues to higher support levels to ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to the IT knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring user satisfaction and efficient issue resolution.
- Assist in maintaining software licenses, updating systems, and ensuring IT policy compliance.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve issues and improve services.
- 1-3 years of help desk or technical support experience.
- Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Customer service orientation with patience and empathy.
- Familiarity with common software applications and ITSM tools.
