What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Install, test, and maintain hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance
- Perform system upgrades and configure communication systems as needed
- Provide IT technical systems support and ensure continuous operations and maintenance
- Collaborate effectively in a virtual environment with diverse teams
- Manage time and tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Science & Technology Management, or a related field, or a similar degree from a technical trade school
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT
- At least 2 years of IT customer service work experience
- Experience providing IT systems operations and maintenance support
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word
