What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Automate daily and ad hoc activities using Tines and other automation platforms
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support security operations
- Troubleshoot common security toolsets and provide support to internal business units
- Assist with platform incident response activities and integrate security solutions
- Develop and maintain automation capabilities across security tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of experience with no code/low code platforms such as Tines
- At least 1 year of scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Minimum 2 years of experience in System Administration or Vulnerability Management
- At least 1 year of networking experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Armis, VIPR/Silk, Wiz, or Tanium
- Demonstrated technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with vulnerability management systems and ticketing tools
- Understanding or hands-on experience with common IT platforms including Windows, Linux, MS SQL, SAP, Directory Services, AWS, Azure, Salesforce, and others
