What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute standard Workday integrations and configurations, ensuring compliance and regulatory reporting
- Analyze technical reports and develop custom reports as needed
- Collaborate with Internal Audit and Compliance teams for testing assistance
- Recommend improvements to technical SOPs, tools, and metrics
- Provide strong support in system upgrades, product releases, and user training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in an ERP platform, with a proven track record in enterprise-level projects
- Familiarity with Workday, Peoplesoft, Lawson, or SAP
- Basic programming ability in at least one foundational language (C, C++, Java, Python, C#)
- Strong understanding of compliance-driven configurations and audit/reporting needs
- Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC tools (Jira, ADO, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in an ERP platform with successful project delivery
- Workday Pro or Workday Partner Certification
- Extensive experience in three core HCM modules (Benefits, Talent, Payroll)
- Knowledge of regulatory areas such as HIPAA and GDPR
- Willingness to mentor and teach team members, promoting excellence within the team
