What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business processes and gather stakeholder needs to translate them into technical requirements
- Develop and propose IT solutions, including new software and system configurations
- Manage payments technology projects involving ACH transactions, wire transfers, and bill payments
- Understand and support Accounts Management processes such as Accounts Payables/Receivables and customer information updates
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation of proposed solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role
- Experience in analyzing business processes and stakeholder needs
- Proven ability to develop and propose IT solutions
- Knowledge of payments technology and related projects
- Understanding of Accounts Management processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with account management and transaction processing in a financial services context
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
