What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze business processes and gather stakeholder needs to create detailed technical requirements for development teams
- Develop and propose IT solutions, including new software and system configurations
- Work on Payments technology projects involving ACH transactions, wire transfers, and SWIFT
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20022 standards for SWIFT and Fed
- Participate in ISO 20022 migration projects for SWIFT and Fed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience as a Business System Analyst
- Proven experience in analyzing business processes and translating needs into technical requirements
- Strong background in Payments technology and associated projects
- Excellent understanding of ISO 20022 standards for SWIFT and Fed
- Experience in developing IT solutions and process improvements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with migration projects related to ISO 20022 for SWIFT and Fed
- Familiarity with ACH transactions and wire transfers
