      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the initiation, planning, execution, and closure phases for the Network Redesign project
      - Develop project scope objectives in collaboration with medical center business customers and IT staff
      - Manage project life cycle processes and ensure delivery of critical path milestones
      - Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, health system staff, and vendors
      - Track project progress and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a relevant field
      - 5+ years of formal project leadership experience with various project lifecycle methodologies
      - 3+ years of experience in a technology-specific role (e.g., applications development, networking)
      - Proven track record of customer relationship management and effective communication skills
      - Proficiency in project management scheduling tools such as MS Project or CA Clarity

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP certification preferred, but not required
      - Familiarity with healthcare IT delivery, preferably in small or critical access hospitals
      - Ability to stay current on IT and healthcare technology trends
      - Experience in managing vendor relationships and change management processes
