      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Reimbursement Contracts Manager in reviewing payor contracts and amendments
      - Provide consultation, education, and training on payor contract requirements to various teams
      - Deliver timely and accurate information regarding payor reimbursement methodologies and rates
      - Manage payor contract and reimbursement-related resources on the company intranet site
      - Prepare reports and assist with special projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 4 years of experience with Home Infusion therapies and associated HCPC codes
      - Thorough understanding of payor contracts, including auditing and reimbursement language review
      - Experience in reimbursement (RCM related) including financial analysis and home infusion billing
      - Advanced knowledge of medical insurance plans and pricing/fee schedules
      - High level of organization with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in creating training materials or procedures (SOPs) for large groups
      - Strong communication skills for disseminating information regarding newly executed contracts
