      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct a minimum of 50 unique sales calls per day to current and potential clients
      - Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts via phone
      - Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
      - Identify and resolve client concerns while managing account services
      - Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is preferred
      - 2-5 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing selling multiple products
      - Experience working from a database and managing multiple customers and prospects
      - Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in English

      - Strong experience with SugarCRM
      - Demonstrated customer problem-solving skills
      - Ability to persuade and influence others effectively
      - Skilled in time management and multi-tasking
      - Ability to work with minimal supervision
