      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively prospect and build relationships with new clients, converting leads into valuable partnerships
      - Sell a range of payment solutions and navigate complex hardware and software needs
      - Collaborate with various bank units to identify cross-selling opportunities and maximize client profitability
      - Resolve client concerns and foster long-lasting relationships based on expertise and exceptional service
      - Accurately report leads, opportunities, and status updates within the CRM to track sales performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - At least 2 years of proven sales or inside sales experience in financial services
      - Ability to close deals and achieve ambitious targets
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
      - Proficiency in various software programs, including Word and Excel

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of merchant services sales experience, including in a call center environment
      - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
      - Previous sales expertise in the small business sector with annual sales from $0-$3 million
      - Experience with Salesforce and other sales management tools
      - Fluency in an additional language
