What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Qualify and quote prospects while selling memberships and personal lines insurance products
- Follow up with members and prospects to generate new business
- Inspect related documentation and resolve membership and insurance issues using discretion
- Identify cross-selling opportunities while managing multiple tasks
- Work some evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to attend in-person training in Independence, OH
- Must reside in Ohio or Pennsylvania
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer experience and organizational skills
- High school diploma required; a college degree is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience highly preferred
- Self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business
- Ability to qualify for Personal Lines License and Life Insurance License
- Previous insurance industry experience is a plus
