      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate new sales leads through outbound calls and email outreach to potential customers
      - Follow up on inbound quote requests and convert them into sales orders
      - Maintain a consultative approach, responding promptly to customer inquiries
      - Own the entire sales process, ensuring timely communication and order tracking
      - Participate in field demonstrations, trade shows, and other sales activities as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
      - 2-3 years of experience in a professional work environment, preferably in inside B2B sales
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
      - Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under tight deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with CRM tools
      - Experience in the first responder or military community
      - Strong mathematical aptitude for preparing and calculating quotes
      - Knowledge of GSA items and military shipping requirements
      - Positive attitude and ability to maintain courteous communication

      We are a Public Safety Equipment company selling under 3 primary brands: TheFireStore, OfficerStore, and TheEMSstore. We provide personal protective equipment for the individual as well as their department. We have a 65,000 square foot operations center and showroom in Coatesville, PA along with a 25,000 square foot office building right next door. We have five other locations: Chalk Hill, PA; Williamsport, MD; Abbottstown, PA; Richmond, VA; and Billerica, MA.
