What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Convert customer prospects into qualified leads using strong persuasion skills
- Prospect potential customers via various communication methods to build the sales pipeline
- Qualify incoming leads to ensure timely appointment arrangements for excellent customer service
- Maintain the client database for the sales team’s access to current lead information
- Report on key performance and sales metrics monthly and quarterly to meet sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work remotely while staying connected to your mentor
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license
- Minimum of two years of previous sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

- Motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based role
- Trainable and coachable with a strong work ethic
- Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- Superb written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and time management skills
- Current U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
