What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage clients in exploratory dialogue to identify their needs and expectations
- Promote EFE's Wealth Management capabilities including retirement planning, investments, and tax planning
- Build and maintain prospect profiles to assess client needs and preferences
- Support marketing strategies to attract and retain new clients
- Communicate effectively with internal partners to share insights about client interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Sales and customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
- Excellent communication skills and phone presence
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle rejection
- Strong time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a financial services environment
- Familiarity with lead management systems and CRM software
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to accept coaching and feedback for continuous improvement
