      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects primarily via phone, close sales, and schedule installations (No Cold Calling)
      - Build value to uncover needs and overcome objections
      - Maintain minimum quality expectations and ensure timely follow-up on active prospect lists
      - Collaborate with Sales Team management to improve performance
      - Understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - 0-3 years of sales experience
      - Ability to type 30+ words per minute
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong motivation and desire to control own income as a commission-driven sales professional

      - Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
