What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize communication and sales skills to promote solar energy products and services
- Build meaningful relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty
- Follow up with pre-qualified leads to facilitate sales
- Guide customers through the enrollment process electronically
- Track customer account progress using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Fluency in English; proficiency in another language is a plus
- Basic digital literacy; experience using Salesforce.com or a similar CRM is beneficial
- Previous sales experience is encouraged
- Demonstrated passion for relationship building and customer service
- Ability to excel in a remote team environment
