Serving thousands of clients in a variety of medical specialties, we provide actionable information to improve patient care and medical outcomes in the treatment of Chronic Pain, Substance Use Disorder, and Addiction Medicine.


      Inside Sales Executive Position

      This position is responsible for the management and retention of existing accounts in an assigned territory. In addition, this role requires making outbound sales calls to close business and/or securing an appointment for our regional sales executives to visit in person to close the business.


      Hours - Schedule

      Must be U.S. based, candidate’s residential location may be anywhere in the U.S.

      However, the standard work hours will be for the West Coast and will be from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).


      Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

      · Meets and exceeds territory volume growth objectives by developing and increasing business in existing accounts.

      · Make service calls to the existing account base.

      · Service calls are defined as a call in which at a minimum you spoke directly to a touch point within the account.

      · Touchpoints for outbound calls will be owners, providers, office managers, residential treatment center managers, director of nursing, or head collector.

      · Develops and manages strong sustainable relationships with the customer base.

      · Make daily outbound sales calls to a touchpoint within a targeted account.

      · Target list will be provided to you from outside sales executives and from various call lists designed to pull through additional volume for Dominion Diagnostics.

      · Set qualified appointments for outside sales executives.

      · Qualify (defined below) each account prior to setting an appointment for the outside sales executive

      · Records complete service and call activity daily using our CRM software.

      · Communicate effectively and work in conjunction with regional account executives and regional account managers when targeting their territory.

      · Become an expert on Dominion Diagnostic’s product offering.

      · Continue to enhance understanding of competitor offerings and the payer landscape in each state.

      · Provides regular updates to the Inside Sales Manager on existing customers, pipeline, and monthly call reports.

      · Adheres to all HIPAA confidentiality requirements.

      · Fosters the company’s exceptional reputation and image in all dealings with customers.

      · Complies with all applicable laws to promote our laboratory services.

      · Works independently, organizes territory and meets deadlines.

      · Self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team

      · Ability to understand and present clinical/technical product information

      · Additional duties as assigned.


      Education and Experience :

      · Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred

      · 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience

      · Laboratory experience is a plus

      · Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key physicians and office staff

      · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      · Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software


      Physical Requirements :

      · Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

      · Prolonged periods of communicating on the telephone and via Teams.

      · Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times

      · Must be able to travel in a personal automobile and travel via airplane, as needed
