      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and retain existing accounts within an assigned territory
      - Make outbound sales calls to close business and secure appointments for regional sales executives
      - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and touchpoints within accounts
      - Record service and call activity daily using CRM software
      - Communicate effectively with regional account executives and managers to align on territory goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred
      - 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience
      - Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with key physicians and office staff
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Laboratory experience is a plus
      - Ability to understand and present clinical/technical product information
      - Experience in a healthcare-related field
