What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Qualify seller leads daily by building relationships and rapport with potential clients
- Oversee all aspects of initial touchpoints and gather essential lead information for the sales team
- Maintain and update records in the CRM, including tracking leads and scheduling follow-ups
- Collaborate daily with Acquisitions Agents and Marketing Manager to ensure effective communication
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and take initiative to address issues proactively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in customer service and excellent people skills
