      Description

      The Inside Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in the management and strategic development of Inside Sales Consultants, focusing on maximizing sales performance, enhancing client relationships, and achieving business growth objectives. This leadership position demands a strategic thinker capable of steering a dynamic team to achieve their Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The candidate will excel in onboarding, fostering continuous improvement, and collaborating across departments to enhance revenue generation processes.

      Key Duties / Responsibilities:
      1. Team Leadership and Management:
      • Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Consultants, ensuring the achievement of KPIs.
      • Set and communicate clear sales goals for the team.
      • Develop a cohesive and high-performing team culture.
      • Provide ongoing training and support for individual and collective growth.

      2. Onboarding and Training:
      • Spearhead the onboarding process for new Inside Sales Consultants.
      • Design and implement dynamic training programs to acclimate employees to the dynamic nature of the role.
      • Provide ongoing training opportunities to enhance team skills.

      3. Collaborative Relationship Building:
      • Cultivate strong relationships with leaders and teams in sales, revenue operations, marketing, and salesforce development.
      • Provide valuable feedback to improve systems and processes, contributing to enhanced revenue generation.
      • Collaborate on creating sales plans aligned with overall company objectives.

      4. Performance Analysis and Improvement:
      • Regularly review team performance against KPIs and initiate improvements.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

      5. Strategic Development:
      • Work closely with the leadership team to align sales efforts with overarching company goals.
      • Contribute to the strategic development of the Inside Sales Consultants team for sustainable growth.
      • Actively participate in recruiting and hiring processes to build a high-performing team.

      Requirements:
      • Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably in the management of Inside Sales teams.
      • Strong ability to onboard and develop teams in dynamic roles.
      • Exceptional relationship-building skills with cross-functional teams.
      • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
      • Familiarity with Salesforce development and marketing processes.
