      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively handle disconnection requests and address customer concerns to retain customers and meet revenue goals
      - Drive sales through effective outbound calling, making an average of 100 outbound dials per day
      - Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and recommending tailored solutions for internet, phone, and video services
      - Accurately enter and update work orders and customer account changes while ensuring customer satisfaction
      - Complete all required training modules and stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training in a call center
      - Previous outbound or inbound telemarketing experience preferred
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer engagement
      - Excellent communication skills with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
      - Education: Associate's degree or higher preferred

      - Experience in a sales environment with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
      - Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
      - Ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently during customer interactions
