What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and increase sales through inbound and outbound sales calls
- Ensure accuracy of customer transactions in the order entry system
- Develop strong working relationships with customers and manufacturing partners
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to resolve queries and issues
- Maintain current knowledge of consumer preferences, products, and market conditions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in a veterinary-related field or 1 year of experience in a clinical veterinary setting
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- General proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a veterinary-related field or equivalent combination of education and clinical experience
- Previous inside sales experience with a proven record of exceeding sales goals
- Proficiency in SAP
