What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Ensure quality service by adhering to departmental and company policies and compliance standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience
- Proficiency in computer and data-entry skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent telephone customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of the medical industry
- Ability to type at least 25-30 words per minute
- Familiarity with dual monitor setups
- Experience with HIPAA compliance in a workspace
