What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Assist customers in completing purchases and offer post-order support
- Engage customers with probing questions to identify needs and upsell products/services
- Maintain knowledge of client products and provide expert customer experiences
- Track and document customer interactions in databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months of soft sales experience (upselling, telemarketing, etc.)
- Strong focus on building customer relationships
- Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment and reliable high-speed internet
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
