What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual financial targets by generating new accounts
- Identify business problems and unique requirements for potential clients using open-ended questions
- Create and conduct effective proposal presentations that address prospective customers' business challenges
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and utilize Sales Force for tracking
- Build and maintain relationships with new customers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year of related experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must pass a successful background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong sales skills and knowledge of the Integrity Selling AIDINC Sales model
- Understanding of the fuel management business
- Proficient computer skills, including Sales Force, Outlook, Word, and Excel
