What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners to offer Care.com Marketing Solutions
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and quotas on a consistent basis
- Monitor and manage a balanced pipeline of opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- Conduct a minimum of 100 dials and 3 hours of talk time each day
- Collaborate with the management team to analyze sales and financial metrics while managing your book of business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Proven experience with cold-calling sales
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage activities across the sales cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate information in a sales automation system
