      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on new sales and renewals within assigned small accounts
      - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying customer needs and monitoring district initiatives
      - Consistently meet and exceed sales performance metrics and customer engagement benchmarks
      - Manage inbound and outbound leads and guide prospects through virtual discovery meetings
      - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through virtual engagement and participation in online events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of sales experience in the education sector or 3+ years of classroom teaching experience
      - Knowledge of curriculum and pedagogy with the ability to communicate value in a remote setting
      - Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
      - Strong ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers in a virtual environment
      - Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a sales role focused on educational programs or products
      - Familiarity with online district and regional events
      - Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver compelling sales pitches
      - Demonstrated ability to influence decisions and drive outcomes in an educational context
