What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Ask probing questions to understand customer needs and preferences
- Persuade customers to consider additional products and/or services
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases to enhance customer experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 months of experience in a soft sales role (upselling, telemarketing, etc.)
- High school diploma or GED
- Open availability for scheduling
- Strong computer navigation skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- A quiet, distraction-free home environment for work
