What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive new sales and renewals within assigned small accounts
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by identifying customer needs and monitoring district initiatives
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and customer engagement benchmarks
- Manage inbound and outbound leads, guiding prospects through virtual discovery meetings
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders through consistent virtual engagement and support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1+ years of sales experience in the education sector or 3+ years of classroom teaching experience
- Knowledge of curriculum and pedagogy with the ability to communicate value effectively in a remote setting
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Experience collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote work environment
