      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and cultivate new sales opportunities by managing leads through various channels, including follow-up calls and emails
      - Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs to identify potential opportunities for the employer's products and services
      - Route qualified leads to appropriate team members for further development and closure
      - Drive sales closure and achieve quarterly sales objectives by managing the sales pipeline
      - Collaborate closely with field sales representatives to build and nurture the sales pipeline

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-4 years of related customer service and sales experience
      - Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Word/Excel, PowerPoint, Business Warehouse, and Customer Relations Management software
      - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify sales opportunities
      - Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
