What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in high-volume outbound calls to educate and discuss Yelp advertising programs with local business owners
- Manage a diverse pipeline of clients, utilizing CRM tools like Salesforce
- Provide tailored product recommendations and overcome customer objections during calls
- Track daily goals to ensure achievement of monthly quotas
- Collaborate effectively with a virtual team across different states
What is Required (Qualifications):
- GED/High School Diploma with 2+ years of customer-facing experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong phone communication skills and comfort making a high volume of outbound calls
- General computer and email proficiency, particularly with Google Suite
- Ability to work in a distraction-free environment
- Must possess current U.S. work authorization
