Overview We're seeking a driven and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on generating new business opportunities within our Careers category. In this role, you'll connect with employers, HR leaders, and talent acquisition professionals to offer solutions that help them attract top talent, enhance their employer brand, and reach the right candidates.
As a key player on our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying new prospects, engaging decision-makers, and selling a suite of recruitment marketing solutions - including job board postings, employer branding packages, and other career-related products. This is a high-impact role with strong earning potential and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities - Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, email outreach, social selling, and industry research - targeting HR and talent acquisition professionals.
- Solution Selling: Consult with prospects to understand their hiring challenges and goals, and position tailored solutions that drive applicant flow, visibility, and brand awareness.
- Product Demos & Presentations: Deliver compelling virtual presentations that showcase the value of our job board offerings, recruitment advertising, and branding tools.
- Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from outreach to close, including proposal creation, pricing discussions, and contract execution.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and client communications in the CRM (Salesforce preferred) for visibility and forecasting.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed on trends in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, and employer branding to better advise clients and refine messaging.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, account management, and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client success.
Qualifications - Experience: 2+ years of inside sales, business development, or account executive experience. Experience selling to HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition teams is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Strong consultative selling abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. Comfortable selling over the phone, email, and video.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to tailor messaging and value props to different buyer personas.
- CRM Proficiency: Experienced in using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipeline and sales activities.
- Attributes: Motivated, proactive, and resilient with a hunter mentality. Strong time management and organization skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment advertising, job boards, or career center solutions is highly beneficial but not required.
Additional Information - This is a remote or based either in a Naylor Association Solutions office (DC, Atlanta, Gainesville, Winnipeg) (no travel required).
