What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize a consultative selling approach to identify customer needs and customize solutions
- Meet or exceed sales goals across various product lines to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty
- Serve as a product expert, educating customers on services and differentiating from competitors
- Maintain high standards of call quality and accuracy in customer information handling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence
- Proficiency in basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Strong reasoning ability to follow instructions and handle standardized situations
- Familiarity with database software, internet software, and word processing software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Customer Billing Relations Management (CRM) is preferred
- Spanish proficiency may be beneficial in certain locations
