What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate leads and advance the sales process through cold-calling and outreach
- Conduct research to identify potential accounts and sales opportunities
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients to enhance sales volumes
- Identify decision-makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategic sales approaches
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or relevant industry experience
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication (written and verbal), analytical, and decision-making skills
- Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar sales role within the freight and logistics industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and revenue growth
