What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers regarding personal line auto and home insurance policies
- Educate customers on insurance policy details, including coverage and pricing
- Prepare and bind quotes through our diverse carriers
- Effectively problem-solve and handle objections to facilitate customer purchases
- Engage in high-energy conversations with customers to match them with suitable policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
- Passion for helping others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the insurance industry or sales environment
- Familiarity with insurance policy details and procedures
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
