What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect for new sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing
- Facilitate the sales process through project management and customer support
- Generate profitable growth through quota attainment
- Provide product pricing and develop code directives for specific products
- Perform estimating and proposal duties as necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; specialized skills training may be required
- 2-5 years of experience in the area of responsibility
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce, or similar CRM
- Ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote/hybrid position
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience is a plus
- Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, and lighting
- Experience with consultative selling/solution selling preferred
- Strong organizational skills and professional phone etiquette
- Comfortable in an inbound/outbound phone call environment
