What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consistently exceed sales targets while managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closure
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth in assigned territories
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients as a trusted advisor
- Research target companies and decision-makers to generate and qualify new sales opportunities
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and negotiate pricing to maximize deal value
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of software or technology sales experience
- Strong understanding of enterprise business systems (e.g., MIS, ERP, MES)
- Proven consultative selling skills and sound business acumen
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions while maintaining productivity
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working independently and collaboratively across teams in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and other sales tools for accurate sales forecasting
