What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outreach to service providers via phone to discuss the employer's value proposition and product offerings
- Overcome objections and negotiate solutions while building trust with service providers
- Coach service providers on how to effectively engage with homeowners
- Research service providers using internal notes and public information
- Meet and exceed required sales targets on a biweekly basis
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Proven computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and work independently while maintaining attention to detail

- Experience in sales, particularly inside sales
- Motivation to exceed sales goals and strive for continuous improvement
- A strong initiative to maintain accuracy and quality of information
