      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make 150+ outbound calls daily to prospect and engage decision-makers
      - Manage the full-cycle sales process from rapport building to closing deals
      - Sell subscription-based, real-time lead programs to generate recurring revenue
      - Maintain a clean pipeline and follow-ups while documenting notes in the CRM
      - Participate in training, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an inside sales or closing role
      - Proven track record of closing deals, not just setting appointments
      - Ability to thrive in a high-activity environment with 150+ calls per day
      - Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Close.com, or similar)
      - Strong communication skills, with the ability to be confident, persuasive, and professional
