What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make up to 80+ outbound and inbound calls daily to customers expecting your outreach
- Educate and engage buyers and sellers, clearly communicating the company's value proposition
- Uncover customer needs, qualify opportunities, and refer clients to partner agents
- Handle objections confidently and position the employer as the preferred choice
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer handoffs and follow-ups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of sales, inside sales, or call center experience
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to connect and close over the phone
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Self-starter who is adaptable and eager to learn new skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the real estate or service industry is a plus, but not required
