What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and persuade qualified leads further down the sales funnel
- Generate qualified leads for the sales team to ensure a quick response to customers
- Keep the customer database updated with current information on prospective and past clients
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline through follow-up communication
- Track performance goals and key sales metrics monthly and quarterly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of previous sales experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with a mentor
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills, along with a valid U.S. driver's license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and drive for success
