What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls and engage with prospective residents to build relationships and trust
- Utilize the discovery process to understand the needs and wants of potential residents
- Share information about community differentiators to motivate prospects in the sales cycle
- Manage time effectively to provide exceptional customer experience while maximizing AHT
- Enter all conversations and sales activity accurately into the CRM system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate / GED Equivalent - Associates Degree Preferred
- One (1) year sales experience in an inside sales role or contact center environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices
- Senior Living / Multi Family / New Home sales experience a plus
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in Senior Living, Multi Family, or New Home sales
- Experience with CRM systems in a similar role
