      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Screen and qualify leads to grow the sales pipeline
      - Generate initial and final proposals for customer rental exhibits
      - Manage a high volume of prospecting through calls and emails while responding to inbound inquiries
      - Nurture prospective customers through the buyer's journey, qualifying opportunities for handoff to account managers
      - Collaborate with design teams and account managers to create timely and customized proposals for clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role driven by quotas
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Strong prospecting, discovery, and nurturing skills with a proactive 'hunter' mentality
      - Ability to learn product offerings quickly and communicate effectively without using industry jargon
      - Experience with CRM applications, such as Salesforce, and proficiency in creating proposals using MS PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Direct experience in a sales role within the exhibition or event services industry
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas
      - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to enhance customer service experience
      - Familiarity with database tools for research and outbound campaign initiation
      - Ability to engage with high-level decision-makers effectively
