      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound calls in a fast-paced environment; document all call activity and patient/referral interactions in the CRM in real time.
      • Generate resupply orders by selling all offered products and meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly call-volume, sales, and conversion targets.
      • Support department marketing and sales goals through creative problem-solving, sound decision-making, and recommendations to leaders.
      • Identify and propose programs/initiatives that increase revenue, reduce costs, and/or improve customer and patient satisfaction.
      • Obtain and verify patient demographic and insurance information, including eligibility codes and fees, to ensure accurate and timely processing of supply program orders.
      • Explain insurance benefits, coverage guidelines, and financial responsibility for non-covered items; collect patient credit card information and potential payments; answer patient questions and suggest alternative equipment when reimbursement limitations apply.
      • Prioritize urgent or emergency orders and ensure patient needs are met through accurate, timely order completion.
      • Serve as a resource to external customers to resolve patient issues, coordinating with operational teams to ensure optimal patient and referral source outcomes.
      • Use team/company communication systems and participate in meetings as requested; diagnose and resolve customer complaints, escalating unresolved issues to the Direct of Inside Sales with complete documentation.
      • Other duties as assigned.


      Minimum Qualifications:

      • High School Diploma required; Associate's degree from an accredited college is preferred.
      • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
      • One (1) year of work-related experience in healthcare, administration, insurance, customer service, or management regardless of industry.


      Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

      • B2B or B2C sales experience is preferred
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.
      • Product knowledge of CPAP equipment and services.
      • Self-motivated with a strong drive for sales results.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
      • Possesses mental alertness and ability to properly handle confidential information.
      • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
