      Position Summary

      The Inside Sales/Engagement Specialist is responsible for generating revenue by conducting "warm" outbound calls to candidates eligible and aware of company sponsored career transition benefits. This role is responsible for achieving quarterly and annual goals through outreach efforts including outbound calls, email, and social networking tools. This role is also responsible for a broad range of key customer success activities, including maintaining a client tracking database, scheduling of clients, and reporting on outreach efforts.

      This role requires a commitment of 25 hours per week.

      Responsibilities
      • Conduct daily outreach activities to candidates eligible for career coaching/transition services
      • Engage in focused, interactive dialogs with eligible individuals to thoroughly describe services, answer questions, and schedule first appointments with the overall goal of increasing client engagement rate
      • Diverse daily activities include outbound calls, email, text and social media correspondence
      • Provide consultative approach to candidate questions regarding career transition benefits
      • Develop rapport with candidates and schedule candidate engagement at each of Keystone's office locations
      • Provide a seamless client experience by documenting call details in the candidate tracking database and any information required to assist in future interactions with the individual
      • Maintain current and accurate information in candidate tracking database. Schedule candidate appointments and reschedule no-shows and cancellations
      • Provide additional support to the customer success team including assistance with reduction-in-force planning, coordination of associates for onsite notification, and providing critical updates to sales, delivery and customer success
      • Extract data from database for reporting purposes

      Experience
      • 1-3 years of customer success/inside sales experience in a professional services organization
      • High level of motivation, commitment and activity to attain corporate and personal goals
      • Strong data management
      • Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
      • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills and experience dealing directly with clients via phone and in person.
      • Demonstrated ability to receive, interpret and disseminate information verbally and in writing
      • Experience working independently in fast-paced environments

      Education
      • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
