What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with management to implement customer-specific strategies
- Support promotional programs, pricing initiatives, and product launches across various departments
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth
- Manage customer issues related to orders, pricing, and delivery
- Facilitate new customer setups and assist with general administrative tasks related to sales operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive aftermarket sales or customer support
- Strong knowledge of aftermarket distribution and retail channels
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM/Salesforce
- Strong Excel analytics skills required
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with WD, jobber, or national retail accounts
- Understanding of SKU rationalization, line reviews, and PIES/ACES data
