      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Translate complex data signals into actionable operational or product recommendations
      - Define success metrics, KPIs, and develop predictive analytics mechanisms for Disputes and Fraud Operations
      - Partner with Product and Engineering teams to evaluate and improve AI-enabled workflows
      - Design and evaluate A/B tests and policy changes to inform operational decisions
      - Create executive-level summaries that present Trust & Safety insights to senior leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering)
      - 5+ years of experience in analytics, ideally in Trust & Safety, Fraud, Risk, or Support Operations
      - Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
      - Strong understanding of statistics, causal inference, and experiment design
      - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, particularly for executive-level presentations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, fraud, or Trust & Safety environments
      - Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker or Mode
      - Experience evaluating or supporting AI/ML systems and analyzing model performance
      - Proven track record of cross-functional initiative ownership
      - Ability to break down ambiguous issues into structured analytical frameworks
