      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and supervise the field inspector group to achieve departmental goals and objectives
      - Coordinate inspection requests and manage the workflow of Field Inspectors
      - Provide coaching and training to improve direct reports' performance
      - Conduct vehicle inspections and client demonstrations as necessary
      - Monitor employee productivity and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma/GED and 5+ years of experience in a related field
      - Experience with 4-Plan Audits and Manheim Inspections preferred
      - Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and supervise remote employees

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in body shops, mechanical work, or estimating
      - Technical and computer proficiency
      - Strong organizational skills and customer-focused approach
      - Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
