What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide installation methods and process training to installation employees, including safety and quality training
- Audit documented processes to validate method and process alignment and provide feedback for improvements
- Evaluate installations and recommend guidance to enhance overall installation efficiency
- Support tendering/order development, installation planning, and execution
- Collaborate with regional leaders to implement installation programs, processes, and initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in installing new equipment and modernization of elevators and escalators
- Strong background in field installation with demonstrated installation management and project management skills
- Proven training skills related to installation processes
- Ability to meet a heavy travel requirement within target regions in the United States
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with safety and quality training in installation environments
- Familiarity with KONE products and services
- Previous roles in operational leadership or management within the industry
- Certifications related to elevator and escalator installation
- Experience in process improvement initiatives
