What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute institutional brand strategy and tactics in assigned territory to meet sales performance and financial targets
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with various healthcare institutions and professionals
- Create and monitor strategic business plans to achieve sales objectives
- Build understanding of customer needs and market dynamics to optimize brand strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance AbbVie's value proposition to healthcare providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, infusion, or diagnostic sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business-related field, or equivalent
- Proven track record of success in sales and exceptional presentation skills
- In-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge recognized by stakeholders
- Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing
